With advanced 3D imaging equipment, Invisalign’s custom made aligners are created to fit your current oral situation. Typically, three to four sets of aligners will be sent to Dr Saacks at one time. The aligners are replaced approximately every two weeks until the final position of your teeth is reached.

Part of Invisalign’s breakthrough technology is a program that allows patients to view the results of their treatment on a monitor before commencing treatment. This technology is computerised. So, the patient will know exactly what to expect and how long they will need to be in treatment for.

Conventional metal braces may also affect the demineralisation and decaying of the teeth. Patients can also develop a greater risk of gum disease. Traditional metal braces also use a lot of force to straighten crooked teeth. By wearing clear aligners, these problems are eradicated.

Traditional braces are cemented to your teeth and require a dentist to remove them. Invisalign aligners are removable so you can continue to eat your favourite foods without the worry.
