Patient Check-in: Our patients never wait in our reception area, but are instructed at their first appointment to check-in, and seat themselves in our waiting area. We know your time is valuable and it will never be spent waiting for you or your child’s adjustment appointment. We also recommend that you brush before your appointment.

Patient Check-out: At the time of check-out each patient will receive an appointment card as a reminder for their next appointment.

Video Games: We have video games (Sony playstation 3) to help our patients enjoy their visit. Toys, books and magazines are also available for your enjoyment.

Colour, Colour, Colour: We have an array of coloured elastics, so you can experiment with a new look at each adjustment appointment.

Retainers: An array of colours and styles are offered to each patient at the end of your Orthodontic treatment.
